Holiday Flat Facilities - Now Closed

In brief the accommodation facilities include:-

3 bedrooms, one with a double bed the others with two singles.

Also a joining-room with child's cot.

Living room with TV and video

A sofa bed is available in the lounge but more than 6 people can stay on request only.

Kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc.

Bathroom with bath and shower.

Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Off road parking and grounds.

The gardens contain a trampoline, giant chess set for use in summer.

The holiday flat is located in the original servants' quarters in the roof of the house, accessible by a separate, single flight of stairs from the road. The raised elevation provides commanding views like the one shown from almost every room, but may make it unsuitable for disabled access or the very elderly.

Please ask permission if you want to bring a dog or other pet.

Teignmouth has several long beaches, an open air swimming pool, sports centre, many shops, restaurants and pubs.

The picturesque old town of Shaldon is only a short walk away across the new bridge or by riverboat ferry.

Sailing and water sports facilities are available in and around the esturary.

Teignmouth provides an excellent location with queue free access from the M5 and onto the A380, A30 and A38. Dartmoor, Exeter and Torquay etc. are within easy reach.
